Before submitting your Registration Form, please review the

Delegate Prerequisites,
Registration Policies and Procedures, and
Registration Fee.

Payment must be attached to the registration form. Fees may be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or check/money order. Please be careful not to submit an application more than once. Submitting multiple applications may result in multiple charges and delayed receipt of a registration confirmation. Please fill out the form completely and provide a valid e-mail address for quick confirmation of your registration and easy access to future correspondence with the Summit Secretariat.

Do not submit a registration form to apply for a scholarship, exhibition space, or associated session. Please see the Scholarships, Exhibiting or Associated Sessions pages to complete these separate applications.

Once your registration and payment have been received by the Registrar, you will receive an official confirmation letter which can be used as supporting documentation for your visa application. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt of your confirmation. If you do not receive your letter of confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Registrar at the following e-mail: registrar@registration.ca
